cost|TEM is an innovative monitoring, control and energy management software with advanced features, applicable to any sector, compatible with hardware from multiple manufacturers and that offers a comprehensive approach to energy management

cost|TEM allows to integrate under a unique and advanced information system energy consumption data and its transformations: (electricity, gas, water, compressed air, steam, …), process variables: (temperature, flow, pressure, level, …,) obtained from Control Systems, SCADAs, PLCs, … and its relationship with the production volumes obtained from MES, ERPs, …, as a priority measure to develop a process of continuous improvement applied to energy efficiency.

Users will have detailed information on cost centers, indexes and consumption ratios (per unit, per user, …), invoices and sub-invoices, alarms, reports (Business Intelligence), monitoring of energy saving projects, historical, forecast (Artificial intelligence), Carbon Footprint calculation…

cost|TEMallows integrating information from all types of measuring equipment, sensors, web files, databases, control systems, etc, into a single advanced system.


cost|TEM allows to communicate and integrate information from sensors, measuring equipment, control systems of multiple manufacturers through the use of open communication protocols (Modbus-RTU / TCP, mBUS, BACnet, …) or other sources (BB.DD ., FTP, OPC servers), through various transmission media (Ethernet, RF, Wi-Fi, GSM / 3G, RBT) for analysis and management on the platform.

Visualization and recording of the operation of the installation updated every second (consumption, indicators, ...).

Historical analysis

All the history always accessible (even with second time granularity). Visualization of interactive charts with a great level of detail that allow data export and direct email sending.


Immediate sending of alarms created by the user to events (consumption, power, flow, stop / start, ...) or specific values (level, pressure, temperature, ...).


Customizable business intelligence management reports or predefined. The sending of reports is automatable on dates set by the user.

Automation of the calculation of Carbon Footprint (scopes I, II, and III)
following the indications of the MITECO (Spain's Ministry for the Ecological Transition) and GHG Protocol.


The system allows you to communicate with existing control systems to modify setpoints, schedules, ..., or directly with actuators performing control functions from the platform itself.


The system allows multivariate linear correlation analysis for the calculation of the baseline of consumption reference according to other variables that affect the behavior profile.

ISO 50001

The ISO 50001 module, custom developed for each client, allows monitoring the evolution of the consumption KPIs (electricity, water, gas, gasoil, ...) according to the reference production parameter, as well as allocation of annual baselines and benchmarking between different facilities.
