Have a tool that facilitates the management and control of equipment, systems and processes under supervision, with advanced functionalities for analysis, reporting, alarm and incident management.
Configure all kinds of indicators to facilitate the monitoring of really important information and automate the sending of reports (customizable or standard) based on the user’s needs and their role in the organization.
Setting up alerts to detect leaks, hidden consumption, anomalies… will allow the recipient of the alarm (email, sms, smartphone) to act immediately to correct and solve any incident.
Accessing detailed information on your cost centers, equipment and systems will allow you to focus on priority areas for analysis and action, having specific reports for monitoring and verifying the correct evolution of the measures implemented.
Have tools in the cloud for real-time supervision of equipment, systems and processes.
Automate and report the calculation of the Carbon Footprint and facilitate the obtaining of international sustainability certifications (ISO 50001, Leed, Bream, GRESB, etc.).
cost|TEM is an advanced real-time system that facilitates the integration of systems and processes in a single tool. It will make the technical and energy management of your facility easier, helping your organization to meet its sustainability goals - ESG.

Multinational in the auxiliary automotive sector with more than 100 plants in 16 countries.
CIE Galfor (industrial plant located in Spain) had an electricity consumption of 60 GWh/year and energy costs of more than €7M.
The plant was already monitored and had an energy efficiency committee that had implemented various energy saving measures.
CIE Galfor was looking for a complete integration and digitization of the energy, process and production information of the plant.
The implementation of cost|TEM made it possible to control and reduce energy costs and consumption, and to have:

The world’s largest real estate investment manager and a leader in real estate consulting and services.
Real estate asset with the widest commercial offer of fashion, leisure and restaurants in its more than 100,000 m² of GLA.
The shopping center has multiple systems integrated into different BMS: air conditioning (12 rooftops), lighting, parking, ramps…
They needed to have the information from all their systems in a single tool to facilitate energy management and automate billing to their tenants.
The implementation of cost|TEM allowed defining energy saving strategies, identifying hidden consumption and correcting its causes.

Leche Celta (Lactogal group): with production > 400 ml/year of dairy products at its three plants in Spain.
The 3 Leche Celta plants have multiple equipment / production systems: heaters, UHTs, packaging lines, compressed air, steam boilers, gas, water, WWTP…, all of them with different and unconnected technologies. They needed an energy management system that would link energy consumption and costs with production through their ERP.
A project for the integration of equipment and systems in a single cost|TEM platform is proposed, having energy indicators per processed cubic meter for each of the production lines. Comparison between plants (benchmarking) was made possible, identifying and transferring the most efficient practices to each plant.
cost|TEM has made it possible to simplify compliance with the ISO 50001 standard through monitoring, measurement, analysis and verification of energy consumption.

With 30 years of experience in the food preparation industry and two production centers, its products are present in large restaurant chains nationwide.
Its facilities have multiple unconnected systems from different manufacturers and with different technologies: freezing tunnels, industrial ovens, mixers, fryers, packaging machines, air compressors, refrigerating chambers, thermal oil, LNG, WWTPs…, which made it necessary have an advanced tool that would allow them to integrate all the information from systems and processes for their control, management and analysis.
The implementation of cost|TEM has allowed Clavo Food Factory to have all the information from its equipment and systems in real time in a single management tool, allowing it to see and analyze what is happening, discover hidden consumption and inefficiencies, making it easier to detect opportunities for savings and take measures to improve their processes, helping to strengthen their competitive position in the market.
The alarm system has enabled its technical staff to react quickly to deviations in consumption patterns, identifying and correcting their causes.
Have key performance indicators in dashboards, customized for the different user profiles (maintenance, production, management, financial, sustainability…), has facilitated and simplified the energy management of its facilities, with a focus on reducing costs and energy consumption, also allowing the evaluation of the results of the measures taken.
