Caso de éxito Leche Celta

Leche Celta (grupo Lactogal): con producción > 400 Ml/año de productos lácteos en sus tres plantas en España.

Punto de partida

Las  3 plantas de Leche Celta disponen de múltiples equipos / sistemas productivos: termatizadores, UHTs, líneas de envasado, aire comprimido, calderas de vapor, gas, agua, EDAR…, todos ellos con tecnologías diferentes e inconexos entre sí. Precisaban de un sistema de gestión energética que permitiera vincular consumos y costes energéticos con producción a través de su ERP.

LA SOLUCIÓN

Se plantea un proyecto de integración de equipos y sistemas en una única cost|TEM, disponiendo de indicadores de energética por m procesado de cada una de las líneas de producción. Se facilitó la comparación entre las plantas (benchmarking), identificando y trasladando las prácticas más eficientes a cada planta.

cost|TEM ha permitido simplificar el cumplimiento de la normativa ISO 50001 a través del seguimiento, medición, análisis y verificación de los consumos energéticos.

Leche Celta (Lactogal group): with production > 400 ml/year of dairy products at its three plants in Spain.

Starting point

The 3 Leche Celta plants have multiple equipment / production systems: heaters, UHTs, packaging lines, compressed air, steam boilers, gas, water, WWTP…, all of them with different and unconnected technologies. They needed an energy management system that would link energy consumption and costs with production through their ERP.

THE SOLUTION

A project for the integration of equipment and systems in a single cost|TEM platform is proposed, having energy indicators per processed cubic meter for each of the production lines. Comparison between plants (benchmarking) was made possible, identifying and transferring the most efficient practices to each plant.

cost|TEM has made it possible to simplify compliance with the ISO 50001 standard through monitoring, measurement, analysis and verification of energy consumption.

El módulo de producción del sistema cost|TEM permite crear ratios de eficiencia de consumos energéticos y producción, obteniendo indicadores de eficiencia energética por: unidad fabricada,  referencias, líneas de producción, turnos de trabajo y estados OEE. Además, dispone de informes y datos pormenorizados para su seguimiento y análisis, facilitando la toma de decisiones.

cost|TEM alerta en tiempo real sobre las desviaciones de consumos frente a objetivos marcados de producción, facilitando el seguimiento diario o por turno de producción,  paradas de producción, tiempos de parada, desperdicios…

Además cost|TEM dispone de múltiples funcionalidades de análisis y gestión: simulación de líneas base, correlación de dispositivos, índices técnicos, tiempo real, alarmas… que servirán de gran ayuda en la gestión y toma de decisiones para responsables a nivel técnico y financiero de su organización.

cost|TEM permite relacionar en tiempo real a través de gráficos e informes los datos de producción y consumo de energía e información meteorológica, facilitando verificar el rendimiento y funcionamiento de la instalación según los parámetros con los que fue diseñada.

El módulo permite obtener toda la información histórica (en días, semanas, horas…) de múltiples variables de producción fotovoltaica y consumo energético, como pueden ser kWh, Euros, porcentaje de generación respecto al consumo, generación, radiación solar, coste equivalente de kWh generado según tarifa contratada, kWh/minutos de sol o kWh/m2, entre otros. Esta información puede mostrarse bien de forma agrupada, sobre el total de la planta, o bien de forma detallada sobre cada uno de los inversores.

El módulo de control SCADA de cost|TEM permite comunicarse con sistemas de control existentes (SCADAs, PLCs, BMSs…) para modificar consignas, horarios, escenarios… o directamente con actuadores realizando funciones de control desde la propia plataforma.

Se pueden crear conjuntos de acciones (escenarios) que se pueden activar de forma programada o manual para actuar sobre la instalación. Además, desde el cuadro de mandos el administrador puede programar alarmas que al activarse disparen un escenario.

The production module of the cost|TEM system allows you to create efficiency ratios for energy consumption and production, obtaining energy efficiency indicators by: unit manufactured, references, production lines, work shifts, and OEE statuses. In addition, it has reports and detailed data for monitoring and analysis, facilitating decision making.

cost|TEM alerts in real time on consumption deviations from set production targets, allowing monitoring, by day or work shift, of yield, unplanned downtime, production losses…

In addition, cost|TEM offers multiple analysis and management functionalities: baseline simulation, device correlation, technical indices, real-time data, alarms… supporting management and decision-making at a technical level and financial level.

Photovoltaic module

Am I getting the most out of my photovoltaic installation?

cost|TEM allows you to relate energy production and consumption data with weather information with the help charts and reports, making it easier to verify the performance and operation of the installation according to the parameters with which it was designed.

This module allows obtaining all the historical information (in days, weeks, hours…) of multiple variables of photovoltaic production and energy consumption, such as kWh, cost, generation-consumption ratio, generation, solar radiation, equivalent cost of kWh generated according to contracted rate, kWh/minutes of sunshine or kWh/m², among others. This information can be displayed either in a grouped way, on the total of the plant, or in detail on each of the inverters.

Control Module

Do you want to act on your installation remotely?

The cost|TEM SCADA control module allows communication with existing control systems (SCADAs, PLCs, BMSs…) to modify setpoints, schedules, scenarios… or directly with actuators performing control functions from the platform itself.

You can create sets of actions (scenarios) that can be activated on a scheduled or manual basis to act on the installation. In addition, the administrator can schedule alarms that run a scenario when triggered.
