co2st-TEM allows to integrate under a unique and advanced information system energy consumption data and its transformations: (electricity, gas, water, compressed air, steam, …), process variables: (temperature, flow, pressure, level, …, )obtained from Control Systems, SCADAs, PLCs, … and its relationship with the production volumes obtained from MES, ERPs, …, as a priority measure to develop a process of continuous improvement applied to energy efficiency.

Communication

co2st-TEM allows to communicate and integrate information from sensors, measuring equipment, control systems of multiple manufacturers through the use of open communication protocols (Modbus-RTU / TCP, mBUS, BACnet, …) or other sources (BB.DD ., FTP, OPC servers), through various transmission media (Ethernet, RF, Wi-Fi, GSM / 3G, RBT) for analysis and management on the platform.

The system allows multivariate linear correlation analysis for the calculation of the baseline of consumption reference according to other variables that affect the behavior profile.

The ISO 50001 module is tailored for each client, allows monitoring the evolution of consumption KPIs (electricity, water, gas, ...) according to the reference production parameter, as well as the allocation of annual baselines and benchmarking between different facilities
